MAINTENANCE SERVICES
A printer's maintenance are required to prevent unexpected failure in the future. Performing regular maintenance will help prolong the lifetime of the printer. We offer services agreement to maintain our products such as printers, plotters, multifunctional printers and shredders to its optimum best possible function and work load capacity. This agreement can be divided into 3 different types:
LMA ( Labor Maintenance Agreement )
Under this contract, all labor related costs are free of charge. If your printer has problem or not working properly you may call our hotline to log a service call and we will send you a qualified engineer to fix it.
Inclusions:
- 12 monthly service visits
- Preventive Maintenance
- Firmware Upgrade if applicable
Exclusions:
- All Spare parts
- Consumables ( MK, Toners )
SMA ( Service Maintenance Agreement )
This contract includes all that is in labor contract agreement plus all electronic, power board and motor parts. Damaged spare parts that are caused by mis-handling or mis-used such water spills is excluded and will be shouldered by the customer. This contract is for 2 years agreement and can be renewed.

- 12 monthly service visits
- Preventive Maintenance
- Firmware Upgrade if applicable
- Spare parts (all electronic/power boards and motors)
Exclusions:
- Consumables ( MK, Toners )
- Wear and Tear Parts (rubber pulleys / belts)
- Plastic Frames and covers
FSMA ( Full Service Maintenance Agreement )
Full Service Maintenance Agreement covers all labour services and spare parts. Damaged that are caused by mis-handling or mis-used will be charged to the customers. This contract is for 3 years and can be renewed.

- Preventive Maintenance
- Firmware Upgrade if applicable
- Spare parts (all electronic/power boards and motors)
- Wear and Tear Parts (rubber pulleys / belts)
- Consumables ( MK, Toners )
Exclusions:
